The staff is so friendly and made my birthday celebration happier. They were very helpful in adjusting our different check-in schedules and providing us with useful information, mainly regarding public transport. The breakfast was good, but it was the same everyday. The St. Regis Belgrade
The Hotel is very luxury and beautiful, but the staff was not well trained, at least not at the St. Regis standards, in my room there was no laundry bag, no writing pen, no cotton pads. I have to call for everything. It feels like something is missing, hopefully they will mange the property better ...
