Excellent communication. Great location- 5 min walk to Republic Square. Tons of little restaurants everywhere. Clean, quiet and nice room darkening shades to sleep in for a change!

Room was clean, staff very attentive. Breakfast was more 'Serbian' than 'continental'.

I would stay here again...great value for a decent room. This is a business hotel, so don't expect staff to bend over backwards for you, to have luxury room/bed. Location was stellar, which is why I made a last minute decision to move to this location. Thank you to the nice woman putting out breakfast for letting me know as soon as she was done setting up as I was always the first there for early morning tours and in a rush. Nice that water and coffee machine are always available in the breakfast area. Downside, bar/food was not available in the evenings on the weekend. My room was close to the breakfast area but had a very visible water/mold mark on the ceiling. Shower was a nuce size and great hot water/pressure so I just didn't look up :). Even though I was there for several nights I was never able to order of the app/online menus, so apologies, not sure if that is a great experience or not. I'm a solo traveler so afteralong day it's nice to take advantage of hotel bar/food but the local bars were fun and safe.
