"This place was an absolute dump. The carpets were old. The door to our room was not fully sealed, you could see most of the way around it to the point that we thought it was open. We found stains and hairs in the linens. It was bad enough that we went and got new sets to see if it was any better. The furniture was stained and creepy. In general this property seems very old and very overdue for a renovation. We found the breakfast to be sketchy and opted to eat on our way to our new hotel. One night was more than plenty. To top it off, when looking for a new hotel for the rest of out stay, it turns out that this one was listed for 100.00 less than we paid. Do what you want, but I would avoid this place like the plague."

"We enjoyed our stay here. The house looks nicely remodeled, and we liked the backyard. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The use of the garage was convenient for the hot weather. The host Anthony was very responsive."
