Very disappointing, overall. Not the hotel, it was

The bed was comfortable, there was a kitchen but no kettle, we boiled water in a saucepan, the shower did not drain so our feet were covered in water,yuk. It did have a washing machine, good. A very small distant view of the lake could be seen from the balcony. There is a long way and a shorter way to get there, all uphill.

Nice big 2bedroom apartment with one bathroom and fabulous full lake view. Excellent location in centre of Bellagio but extremely noisy with motorcycles loading & unloading onto ferries throughout the day. Noise was an issue.

Place was clean and walking distance to sites, shops, excellent restaurants. I was very comfortable in the apartment complete with kitchen! Everything is convenient. Ambiance is lovely. Super fast wifi!! Atm right across and two grocery markets nearby.. I felt at home

Great view, large space, but old bathroom.

Nice, big space. The shower was a converted bathtub, so not a lot of room for moving around in there. It was fine for a short stay, but more than a day or two and I think the shower situation would be annoying. The staff were very nice and carried our bags up the stairs to get to the location of the apartment, and then up the stairs to the first floor where the apartment was in the building. The view was amazing!

View all that was great

Smelled like old smoke they have tried unsuccessfully to cover up. Bed was only a fold out couch, which made a lot of noise and was uncomfortable. Also worth nothing room was up 3 flights of stairs. There are several units in different buildings as part of this apartment rental so be clear which you are getting.

Poor service,uncomfortable cheap bed mattress,zero communication from hotel people. Nobody there to clean rooms,change/makeup bed and pick up garbage. During the whole stay no one called to ask us if we need anything. Poor supply of soaps,Bath towels...There was one bath towel each for the entire stay..

stunning view, relaxing time poor, very poor service.zero hotel communication. Cracked lavatory seat. No one ever came to see if we need anything...Change towels,soap,hair shampoo etc.No one answers the phone calls.

Accueillis par un jeune homme très sympathique, l'arrivée et l'installation ont été très rapides et surtout conviviales et chaleureuses. L'appartement est idéalement situé au centre de Bellagio, avec une chambre bien séparée. Un petit moins : le confort du canapé-lit. Point très positif : vue splendide et imprenable sur le lac, même si côté jardin la rue est un peu bruyante, mais nous sommes en Italie ! Tout était à proximité, le centre-ville, les boutiques, le lac avec un accès sympa sur une plage "gratuite", l'accès aux ferries, les promenades dans les hauteurs de la ville, etc ... à recommander

La posizione riportata dalla mappa, vicino all'approdo dei traghetti, non corrisponde all'ubicazione reale. In realtà è molto distante dal centro e la sera, il rientro sulla strada trafficata, buia, senza marciapiede, in salita, non è stata una bellissima esperienza. Doccia solo per magri. Io non sono riuscito a entrare. L'appartamento è tipo quello della zia Pina: arredato e corredato e convenzionale. Buona la convenzione col bar ristorante Carillon.
