"Monica and Paolo were amazing, they are great communicators and their place was spotless and modern, exactly like the pics. We stayed in 5 different places during our vacation in Italy, their’s was the best out of all of them. They sent us a list of recommended restaurants in the area, they also came to pick us up from the ferry, to drop off our luggage in the apartment before the check in time while it was being cleaned, and took us back to the ferry when they knew we wanted to explore Varenna...

"The property in Bellano is well appointed and perfect for two or three looking to spend some down time on the lake ~ You will need your own beach towels and chairs, should you decide to enter the water on the property's back side as they are not provided. The town has intricately lined streets with charming stores and an array of wonderful restaurants on the waterfront. Take the ferry to Bellagio and skip Lake Como proper. You'll enjoy it just as much and in half the time!"

"Spectacular place to stay. Sergio was very accommodating…met us upon arrival to give us a little history of the building, made sure we had everything we needed and went on his way. It’s truly as beautiful as the photos. And what a cool trap door (you’ll have to go and stay to see what I mean ;-). Had a wonderful bathroom, nice bar setup and great open space with panoramic views. You won’t be disappointed "
