- Bellagio town centre: 15-minute walk
- Loppia Bay: 1-minute walk

By Car:
a) From Milan
- SS36 towards Lecco and SP583 towards Bellagio (RECOMMENDED)
- SP41 via Magreglio and Civenna
- SP583 from Como to Bellagio (not recommended, especially during peak season)
b) From the North
- Ferry from Menaggio/Cadenabbia or Varenna

By public transport:
a) From Milan
- Train from Milan to Lecco and Bus D110 from Lecco to Bellagio
- Train from Milan to Varenna and ferry and/or boat from Varenna to Bellagio
- Train from Milan to Como Lago, then take the C130 bus to Bellagio (the bus stop is 150 metres from the house; often crowded during peak season)
- Train from Milan to Como Lago, then take the ferry to Bellagio (often crowded during peak season)
24–48 hours before your arrival, you’ll receive a message via WhatsApp or an email from our Welcome Service asking you to specify your arrival time so we can book your check-in-in slot

You will be required to pay the tourist tax before your arrival via a payment link; if payment is not made before your arrival, we will unfortunately be unable to grant you access to your apartment

Check-in staff are available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. After these hours, you will be required to pay on-site, with the fee ranging from €30 to €50.
