Upstairs: bedroom (1 double bed 160 cm), bedroom (1 double bed 180 cm (separable), bedroom (double bed 180 cm (separable), dormitory room (4 twin single beds), bedroom (double bed 180 cm (separable), bedroom (double bed 180 cm (separable and child's bed), shower room with toilet, bathroom, separate toilet, and separate shower.
Partially walled wooded park surrounded by pastures with swings and farmyard animals, horses, and ponies. In the Perche region, these large houses with their simple and elegant lines, nestled in a wooded park, are often called "castles." Yours is in Bellavilliers, a charming village built around a lovely church. Valérie and Denis inherited it and decided to open it up entirely to guests who would like to "experience a bit of castle life." It was important to maintain its spirit as a family home where all generations gather, but also to dust off the decor and restore comfort. Two years of renovations, sorting through old furniture, and some great ideas from friends and many cousins, and the house is ready for a new lease of life. Welcome!

Superbe manoir dans un environnement bucolique

Superbe WE de l'ascension pour toute notre famille. Très bel endroit au milieu de la nature entouré de prés avec chevaux. Propriétaire disponible, sympathique, attentif à nos besoins. Location hyper propre, très bonne literie, très belles chambres. Maison très lumineuse très bien chauffée malgré la grandeur (malheureusement le temps n'était pas au RDV). Le plus pour nous à été un grand salon avec table de ping ping, et, grande cheminée où nous avons pu faire des grillades. Nous pourrions y revenir avec plaisir
