The rave reviews and overall score made it easy to pick this place. Maybe our expectations were too high, but how this place could be rated 9.6 is beyond us. It is a perfectly nice and well-kept place. The staff was lovely, but the room was nothing out of the ordinary. On the sparse side in terms of interior and overall feel. No tea/coffee maker.
