"When I landed, the shuttle was relatively easy to find, and I didn’t have to wait very long for it to turn up. The ride to the property was super quick, as it’s very conveniently located to MRU - around 5 minutes drive. Checkin was fast, and efficient and the lady at the front desk was lovely and seemed genuinely happy to be there. In my post flight haze, I forgot to take a note of her name. That being said, all the staff I interacted with were really nice people. The rooms are a decent size, and there was decent water pressure and plenty of hot water. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and delicious. There’s always a temptation to gorge oneself on the wide array of food provided but I restrained myself. I’d definitely stay there again should the need arise. "

"Our 2nd visit to this hotel as we found it great value for a fun and also relaxing family holiday. We loved the Beach location where you wander straight down from the hotel - and enjoy your all Inclusive drink here too. Sit and relax with gorgeous view of the ocean or take a dip in the crystal clear Sea. Blue Bay is such a perfect spot for snorkelling , straight from the shore you can see the marine life . We loved spotting all the fish, my daughter favourite being the 'Minecraft fish' (box fish). Also make sure to take advantage of the complimentary glass bottom boat trip further out into the Bay. The staff were fantastic, from check in to The Bar servers, waiting team in the restaurant and cleaning crew . Many of the servers recognised us from previous years and were once again friendly and helpful. They particularly took time with the Kids to ensure they were happy! The Hotel manager also took time to sit with us and talk about how we were enjoying the holiday. Mostly I have to mention the Club Coralia entertainment team, Yoan & Emmanuelle who absolutely made the holiday! Their efforts and enthusiasm which is recognised a genuine passion for what they do gave the kids the most wonderful experiences and memories they will cherish forever. Nothing was too much for them and they constantly went out their way to ensure the kids (and grown ups) were having a good time- even happily being chased and pushed fully clothed into the pool! "We had an amazing stay. Everything was perfect, from the check-in to the check-out. The Resort is located in a fabulous place, the beach is just exceptional ! The staff is so friendly and always smiling ! Special thank to Kelly from kidsOnly, our children have so many memories from all the activities and the time spent in the kids club !! "Not what i would expect from a 4* hotel and could benefit from a deep clean. The Cinnamone buffet menu not to my liking as i like to cook from fresh and some dishes too salty and all meats and fish cooked in a 'sauce' of some description. There is a bbq hotplate and usually two protein items available in the evening can be cooked fresh if you prefer. You have to book the a-la-carte Pomelo resteraunt which has covers for 40-50 persons and only open in the evenings. All staff friendly and helpful. We hired a car for the week to explore different parts of the island and personally found the south eastern side traditionally more like a tropical island. One tip, if you do venture away from the resort take your own toilet roll because if you ever need to visit public toilets all you will have is a tap or jet of water for use in the cubicle...... The island is being spoilt with flytipping, litter and plastic pollution and i wouldnt like to think what sea pollution the coral reef is keeping back from landing on the beaches."
