  • Enjoy a night or a week in our lovely Tiffin Phaeton 42LH motor home. {Stationary, no additional fees} It comes with a full hookup ready to stay in. Water, sewer, electric, sheets, everything needed to make sure you have an enjoyable stay.

    Relax by your own camp fire, and enjoy the pool. (Pool is seasonal) Stay at our private lot, sitting on 5 acres, that is only minutes to Penn States Beaver Stadium. We have plenty of room for you to invite your friends and family over to hang out around the fire during your stay.

    *We also have a condo that is also available on VRBO. We just started renting out the RV this year, so we do not have much feedback, but we do for our condo. Its listing can be seen here: https://www.vrbo.com/2990213

    **We work with all our guest on the check in and check out times, just ask. Need to drop a car off while your here before you check in? No problem, we can help you out.
