102 year old Craftsman Home
Welcome to our 103 year old craftsman home! My small family spent the last 7 years renovating our home with stainless steel appliances, two remodeled bathrooms, fenced in back yard, jacuzzi, and local art! While you're here, try stand up paddle boarding, running races every month, 17 local breweries, live music, and Mt. Baker. We have epic mountain bike trails, views of the islands, and farmer's markets... but I like it best for all the scenic running trails! Welcome Home!
THE SPACE Both bedrooms upstairs have large closets with newly remodeled bathroom! Downstairs has a large suite with walk in shower, jacuzzi tub for two, and walk in closet. We've stocked the cupboards with lots of games to keep you entertained while you visit!

We had a wonderful stay while visiting the university with our daughter and her friend. The host was very gracious, checking in to see if we needed anything and made restaurant and hiking recommendations. This is honestly one of the most charming places we've ever stayed in! Loved the location and the accommodations!
We had a lovely stay in Bellingham! The house was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed. The location was ideal for us, and was close to downtown and the grocery stores and restaurants. Beds were super comfortable. We would love to stay again next time we come to town.
The property is charming and well stocked with everything you may need and could ever want. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect for an adult family.
Kacie was an amazing host, house was in a great location we walked everywhere! Beautiful mt biking and the waterfront was spectacular! We will definitely be back!
We loved this house and the Sunnyland neighborhood. Kacie was a great, responsive host and the house had some nice extra touches and was very clean. If you're traveling with kids, the playground at Sunnyland Elementary school down the street is fantastic!
We loved our stay here. House was very clean and really well appointed with everything and more than we needed. Lots of sleeping space and comfortable beds. Hot tub was really clean and hot. Thank you!!
The house and location was the best place possible to stay for our family wedding activities, The house welcomes you with comfort and charm. Great communication with our host that has lovingly put her touch on the house to feel like home.
Lovely (and charming!) house with plenty of space for us, our two dogs, and our four-year-old while our house renovation finished. The hot tub was so nice in this wintry weather--such a treat! Perfect location in town. Thanks again! :)
Everything you need to host dinner with family. It was clean, comfortable, smelt good. The bed in the lower unit I wanted to bring home. The host delightful. Nothing bad to say. Fantastico
Adorable craftsman house in wonderful Bellingham location
We loved this house in a quiet Bellingham neighborhood, just a few minutes from downtown. The house was spotless when we arrived and so many nice touches. One highlight was the downstairs master suite with a sitting area and large bathroom. It was just a short walk to three different parks which was great for dog walking. Fenced in yard also good for dogs. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful when we had questions. We've stayed in a lot of rental homes and this is probably the best yet.
While we were unable to make use of the amenities the house had to offer, we were delighted to arrive to a spotlessly clean and charming bungalow. It is comfortable and well equipped. The owner goes the extra mile for her guests—she left us Christmas cookies and fresh coffee beans, and having learned the previous guests had broken the coffee pot carafe she delivered a new one so we could have our coffee in the morning. It looks great for dogs, although we left ours at home this trip. Thanks, you Kacie.
We really enjoyed our stay at this home which we had for a week for our daughter's wedding. The kitchen and amenities were great including magna tiles for our grandson and jenga in the backyard. The kitchen is very family friendly and the floor plan opens to the dining and living room area making it great for all to roam around and be connected. Our host, Kelcie was fantastic and very communicative!! I would recommend a split system for AC in the two upstairs bedrooms, definitely hard for sleeping in warm weather but fans helped. Due to the hotter weather we only used the hot tub once but it was great. The fenced backyard worked really well for our grandson and for just having an outdoor space was terrific, especially easy access from the kitchen. The downstairs bedroom w king works well but do know that there is no closed off door to this room, not a problem for us though. Great place - we would stay again!
This home is so cute and inviting. It was the absolute perfect location for our family to say for our son's wedding weekend. We were close to all events that the weekend wedding were held at in Bellingham. The fenced backyard was perfect for our granddog to roam in when needing to go outside. With three bedrooms we were able to enjoy having both sons (Groom and Best Man) with us the first night. We as parents enjoyed the downstairs bedroom with it's ensuite. Our host Kacie, was kind enough to answer any and all questions that I had in regards to our stay. The refrigerator was stocked with 4 local beers to enjoy along with some amazing cookies. The coffee maker also had coffee, sugar, honey and syrups to add to it if needed. The cupboards had everything we needed to support our cooking needs. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner complemented both bathrooms. A wonderful bonus of this home is the HUGH driveway. It allowed us to park all 4 vehicles we had without needing to be on the street. We would stay here again if we needed to have a central location in Bellingham.
Had a wonderful stay. Cottage was as described and photos were as it is. Very clean. Kitchen was great.Outdoors was lovely - I imagine in the summer it’ll be a fun place to have a bbq. Great for dogs too.Host responded promptly. Great neighbourhood - close to everything.
Loved our stay. Great location for all our activities. The house was comfortable and absolutely appreciate the pet friendliness inside and out. Will definitely look to stay book again for another visit to Bellingham.Thank you Kacie!
Excellent communication with the host.Everything was clean and comfortable, with extra holiday touches. We loved the neighborhood for walking our dogs, and walkability to Trader Joe’s or a local brewery.
We had a great time here, off for the weekend on an annual golf trip. This house was comfortable and clean, with really nice touches from the host so that we felt very welcome. Would come back!
We come to Bellingham a couple times a year and have started renting some houses because it’s a little more comfortable and hotels are getting very expensive. This house was a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back if the scheduling works out. Short drive to anywhere we wanted to go in Bellingham and a nice playground nearby for our daughter. We were a party of 3 but the house world be comfortable with a couple more people. Loved our stay overall.
The host was very welcoming and went out of her way to decorate it for Christmas, which we really appreciated. She was very communicative. The place was spacious and clean and had a very good location. Plenty of parking. Good quality and plenty of linens and towels. We had some problems with appliances, and it could have used more cooking items like a cookie sheet, serving bowls and utensils, mixing bowls, storage containers. we would stay there again if coming back to Bellingham. Thank you
We absolutely loved our stay! This is the best stocked vacation home we have ever stayed at in the sweetest neighborhood. Close to breweries, great spots for walking dogs. We had a blast and will definitely be back
