By a long shot this was the smallest room I have ever stayed in, refrig is dinky, no alarm clock, unable to control room temp, only one electric outlet for guests, almost no sink countertop (my shoulders could barely get into the sink's cubby hole) and no other bathroom surfaces except the back of toilet, minimal sink water pressure, stand-up shower good, never like hotel that does not provide parking lot or garage. But, I had to stay somewhere in downtown and this was one of the cheaper hotels in the area.

The hotel was in a good location for seeing the main attractions. Most were in walking distance.
The hotel was very clean and the property was well maintained. The cleaning staff were very friendly and would prioritize our room when they saw us leaving. We always came back to a cleaned room with fresh towels.
The city view room lived up to its name. We had a great view of South Philly and enjoyed a fireworks display when the Eagles won. We stayed 5 nights and have no complaints.

Our first king room had nice decor, a river view - but freeway noise was so bad we moved to an interior queen room that was much smaller but quieter for the remainder of our stay. They had no towel racks and for whatever reason we had to keep asking for wash clothes (one fell apart). Staff was super! Friendly, helpful and accommodating. Restaurant was really good. So convenient to old city we could walk everywhere. It was a classic old place that overall we would recommend.
