"The elevator from the parkade was out of order which would have been helpful, but I don't think that was the hotels fault"

"Staff was friendly but hotel is definitely suffering from old age pains? Only one elevator functioning, water refill in fitness center non functional, burned out lightbulbs, etc. Main question for me arose because I was feeling poorly and ordered some Zicam from Amazon, which was delivered within two hours to the front desk but no one at the front desk bothered to phone my room to let me know. If not for a later email from Amazon with proof of delivery we might never have known it had arrived. I did not expect them to deliver it to our room, but the phone had a red light which would have been helpful."

"We really enjoyed our stay! As a mom of two teenage boys, I especially appreciated having my own makeup vanity—it was such a nice touch and made getting ready so much easier. The room was beautiful, and the bell staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel!"
