The house was the perfect size for my group and was in an excellent location! The big back patio with a grill was great and everything was very clean

Location was great. House a bit dated but clean. There was a neighbor that hung out in front of the house watching us come and go. She always seemed to be outside watching what was going on.

We had a lovely time and Chris was incredibly responsive. We were only there 2 nights but it was a great location. Parking can be a little tight but we did have 4 cars and we all managed to be on the street. Street is a dead end and about 1/2 mile from the beach. Quiet but around the corner from a very popular spot. Nice surprise was the outdoor shower, especially since the house is only a 1 1/2 bath. Would definitely book again.
