"We arrived at the hotel about 6 pm. The doors were locked and we had to call the hotel to learn that we should have received a communication from someone about the codes needed to enter the premises and room. When I reserved the room, I was never given any indication that this would be a "self-serve" check in process with no human intervention. The room was comfortable, clean and lovely. But we were disappointed in the television. No network or local stations, just the low-cost streaming options. Next time we will spend the extra $20 to stay at a name brand hotel like we usually do so that we can enjoy the level of service that we are accustomed to. "

We are returning customers of the property as we were married on the property in 2008 and try to celebrate our anniversary at the Mansion. it is a 10 out of 10 place to stay."

We enjoyed our stay, the hair dryer in one of our rooms did not work which was a pain as we stayed at this hotel for the pool and little girls need their hair dried before bed."
