Amazing Lakefront House Rental on Lake Winnesquam

Located directly on Lake Winnisquam in Belmont, NH, this 4BR, 3BA waterfront property provides easy walk-in lake access, large deck and dock spaces, and sweeping westerly sunset views.

The main house first level includes a large kitchen with island seating, dining room and family room facing the lake, an all-season porch with a 6-person built-in hot tub, and a full bath.
The main house second level includes 3 large bedrooms (a master bedroom king with panoramic views, and two queen bedrooms) and a full bath.
The main house third level includes a BONUS finished attic with two separate sleeping spaces (queen on one side and two twins on the other), ideal for children.
A separate finished large studio apartment is connected to the house by a small deck. It includes a kitchen, full bath, queen bed, twin day bed (with twin pullout under), and a pull-out couch.

Other amenities include:
Private walk-in stairs to shallow lake depth for swimming and water activities.
Dual side by side docks with space available should you rent a boat. (The owner’s power boat is not available for use.)
Large lake-facing lawn space (ideal for lawn games), with unobstructed sunset views.
Kayak and Paddle Board.
Large driveway with ample parking.

Fantastic lake house

WE had a great time in this lake house - 11 extended family members from age 8 to 74.. Enough room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could need. The hot tub was a great escape even when it was cold and rainy outside. The lake is so clean and we had so much fun floating on the inflatables that we brought and also using the SUP and kayak that are included in the rental. Close to area attractions - we hiked Gunstock Mountain, took a cruise on lake winne, went to funspot and even did some outlet shopping. Amy was super quick in replying to messages pre and post our stay. Highly recommended. YOU can't go wrong staying here.
