Comfortable Stay
We had a comfortable overnight stay in Belo Horizonte, thanks to São Bento Hotel. It is situated within walking distance to the bus terminal, and both the old and new markets. The hotel has several security cameras. The room, while on the smaller side, is neat and tidy. It has a closet with safety deposit box and enough surfaces to put things on. The beddings are comfortable. What makes São Bento special are its people such as Antonio Luiz, Valeria, and Isabel. Valeria checked us in; and ensured she atteneded to our requests. Isabel still remembered us from our last year's visit to the hotel. Antonio Luiz went the extra mile in helping us with our transportation to the airport and breakfast.

Great Place To Stay
The place is in the center of everything in the City of Belo Horizonte, the Mercado Central, Mercado Novo, Supermercado, Shopping Center and restaurants are all with walking distance. The deluxe Rom is a good size room and has; air conditioning, refrigerator, desk, large Beth room and great shower. The breakfast is very good and if one likes eggs it is jest letting them know and they will boil some eggs for you.

Vale a pena pela localização.
O hotel é bem antigo, não tem tomada perto da cama, tive que sair e comprar uma extensão. MAs a localização é boa, a cama macia, banheiro pouca iluminação. Café da manha bom, o atendimento na recepção foi razoável. Cheguei bem antes do horário do check in, me falaram que o quarto já estava disponivel, aceitei e quando entrei no quarto era um cubiculo, com cama de solteiro e não foi a categoria que solicitei. Aguardei uma hora pra me fornecerem o quarto adequado. Fiz a reserva com 40 dias de antecedencia e optei por pagar no check in, porem tive que colocar dados do cartao de credito, daí uma semana tentaram debitar o valor total, so nao conseguiram porque não havia saldo suficiente, achei atitude desonesta.

Quarto extremamente limpo e confortável
Gostei muito de ficar neste hotel. É um hotel simples, mas muito funcional. Tem tudo que a gente precisa. A limpeza e a organização foi o ponto forte, que no meu ponto de vista isso é o mais importante. Um ótimo banheiro, cama confortável, roupasde banho e de cama extremamente limpos. Um ótimo café da manhã.Voltarei a Belo Horizonte no dia 30 e já reservei um quarto. Super recomendo.

Terceira vez que me hospedo no São Bento, hotel simples mas muito aconchegante. Funcionários de primeira, limpeza excelente, café simples, mas atende bem. Bem no centro de BH. Recomendo.

Justo pelo preço praticado e um excelente café da manhã. Ponto negativo: achei o quarto muito quente pois não havia circulação de ar e na primeira noite o ventilador estava com problemas que poderiam ter sido resolvido antes da estadia, mas na segunda noite foi disponibilizado um outro funcionando perfeitamente.
