"This hotel was almost perfect. I just wish the breakfast is included. It was available, but you have to pay for it."

"The positives: The room was clean and ready when we arrived for check-in. Parking was plentiful. The rest: It was very noisy from about 2pm-11pm with the special events held at the hotel. I didn't expect the music to be heard (and felt! ) so clearly in our room. I am grateful it ended early enough to still get a good sleep. The service was inconsistent. Some of the front-end staff were hospitable and polite; others were almost rude. We were told requests would be added to our file, but when the new staff looked, they said there was nothing there. This became frustrating when one staff member told us quite sharply that we should have made better selections when we made the reservation. Unfortunately, what we needed wasn't known at the time of our initial reservation, so we could not plan for it. There weren't enough towels and washcloths for us, even when I requested replacements. They left one washcloth, one face towel, and two bath towels for two guests. Our room wasn't serviced beyond dropping off the towels and taking out the garbage. Overall, the experience was fine, but with the inconsistencies, including in the restaurant, I would hesitate to stay here again when there are other choices nearby within the same price range."
