The Rimrock is a beautiful hotel in a wonderful setting. Unfortunately for us the hotel was nearing the end of a full refurbishment and the pool and hot tub were not available. They had made arrangements for guests to use the facilities at a sister hotel but with limited time this didn’t work for us. The staff couldn’t do enough to help and every one of them was polite and friendly. I would definitely stay here again once everything has been completed.
