Fairfield by Marriott Edmonton International Airport
"A decent property perfect for quick stays. Nice enough staff but not exactly verbose. Shuttle service to the airport was excellent. Breakfast buffet was fine but the sausage patties looked so bad I can’t imagine why they were even being offered. Like wet discs of beige cardboard."
"Hotel from outside looked updated, inside was not. Rooms were dark and uncomfortable and not cleaned properly. Restaurant food was awful and we didn’t eat the meals we ordered. Checkin was unpleasant, person at front desk didn’t greet us or make eye contact, and was overall cold. I understand most people staying here are for one night prior to their airport departure- but overall Unpleasant stay , felt uncomfortable not sure how they have the rating they do! Will not stay again"
"When we went to have breakfast there was nothing in the chafing dishes. Staff brought out some sausages but that was it. When asked if the dishes were going to be refilled we were told bacon was in the oven but during the time we had oatmeal and toast nothing was replenished.
The room was nice and clean."
