"Everything was really nice and the staff was friendly. There were a million kids at the hotel for sports events while we were there, and that was frustrating because they were all over the common areas the entire time, but that's not the hotel's fault. Just be aware if you are looking for quiet time. Only bummer was that the store/coffee shop closes super early so if you need anything (drinks, etc.) you need to plan ahead of time. Room was clean and comfortable with a nice view of greenery. "

"The staff were excellent. Unable to link movie apps from my phone. Staff tried to help, unsuccessfully. Pool was closed. Phone had extremely low volume and the staff and I couldn’t hear each other. After checkout $80 had been changed in addition to the amount charged at checkout. I called and told it was customary and would be refunded if I didn’t have a bar bill or damage to my room. I have to wait 10 business days for a refund. Ridiculous!"

"1. Unsafe location 2. The rooms on the website have to be AI Generated. They look nothing like the pictures when you get there. Very sketchy. The first room assigned did not look clean in, addition a large picture above the headboard was laying on the bed. The 2nd room the door was already open. The excuse was "housekeeping must have forgotten to close it. The top deadbolt was missing a part. We were told maintenance could come right away and replace the missing part. The 3rd room smelled stale and there was water damage in the ceiling. 3. When we arrived to check in there was a disgruntle employee in the lobby causing a commotion because she was just fired. She was yelling and causing a scene. That left an uneasy feeling with the state of the world. We didn't know if she would return. 4. The manager gave excuses and kept saying "this can happen anywhere." He did offer to put us in a suite but at this point it was time to go. He agreed to give us a full refund."
