"Right off the water. Walk to the marina. My room doors opened directly to a dining table, separated by plants and then the pool. I had no problem leaving the doors open to catch the breeze. The front desk staff was helpful putting together my trip to messina. Breakfast was great, included eggs. And I had dinner one-night which was equally good. A 15 minute walk down "main street" gets you to the ferry marina. Lipari is a very unique town, with many little alleyway restaurants. Totally charming. I walk all these alleys at night and feel totally safe. Enjoy this magical place."

"Very clean, lovely property. Pick up and transfer to the ferry docks were perfect. Desk staff were extremely helpful and arranged a Fiat car rental for us for a day drive around the island, which was amazing. Breakfast was fine- but our one dinner was not very good. Best to do the walk into town for dinner. This is a beautiful place and is recommended for a stay on Lipari."

"Casa davvero carina, pulita e comoda, esattamente come nelle foto e nella descrizione. La cosa che ci è piaciuta di più è sicuramente la posizione immersa nel verde: super tranquilla e silenziosa, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di mare. Bellissimo anche il solarium, soprattutto la sera per stare fuori e guardare le stelle (ottimo anche per non soccombere al caldo umido).L’host è stato gentilissimo, disponibile e super accogliente.Unico consiglio: come già presente nella descrizione, è consigliabile prendere fin da subito un motorino/una macchina (piccola) per muoversi facilmente da/verso casa.Soggiorno davvero piacevole!"

"The room was comfortable and the breakfast terrace was a great way to start the day. The location is great, a short 5 minute walk into the main port area. I do recommend taking them up on their transfer offer to the port, I booked my own cab and it was 3x the price. The only issues I ran into was that the WiFi wasn't strong enough to do much of anything...no streaming on the TV, no video calls, my cell service was faster. If you need reliable internet service, look elsewhere. The housekeepers also kept opening the windows and letting in mosquitos while i was out, I probably killed 10-15 in my room over the course of 3 days. At one point someone (not sure if it was housekeeping or the general manager) came into my room without knocking, I just happened to be chilling in bed so it wasn't a big deal at the time but imo staff should always knock before entering an occupied room at a hotel. For the price it was worth it, but they need to work on some things for it to be more than a decent budget option."
