The room was spotless. The staff was helpful and kind. The location was great, though if you are arriving at night, the alley it is in is dark. The pillows were not at all comfortable.

The door to our room 108 only open halfway, the lone window facing the street doesn’t lock. The shower door doesn’t lock good, so it flooded the bathroom floor.

Excellent property. Great themed rooms, good breakfast, and within walking distance of a majority of the sites.

Staff very helpful and hotel looks good from the outside. However we had booked a superior room and we felt that somewhat pushed the boundaries of the definition of superior. It was, I believe, a 4 star hotel and that too would be questionable. As I said the positives were that the staff were really excellent and the hotel was close enough to the train station. Would I stay there again? No, I would look for alternative accommodation.

We loved our recent stay here- the staff is so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel is in a fabulous location.
