Jay Peak Resort
10/10 Excellent
"We were there to see the fall foliage and it was beautiful everywhere we looked. Check in location was hard to find. We mistakenly went to Jay Hotel instead and were greeted by Gretchen at the front desk. She realized that we had reservation for Jay Peak Resort and not the hotel Jay but helped us anyway. Their systems were connected somehow. Super nice and helpful. Our reservation. Was for a condo like two bedroom unit. Very nice and comfortable. Not much restaurant near by so we ate at the pizza place and the bar and grill at hotel Jay. Took the gondola to the top and the view was incredible. Also drove to Stowe (an hour away) to visit this cute historical town. Lots of restaurants and shop at Stowe (worth the drive). Overall we had a great visit and recommend Jay Peak Resort or Hotel Jay for fall foliage trip. We drove north to Montreal and Quebec then back to Maine and then Boston to return our car rental and fly home."

"The hotel has beautiful views! The walking trails off the playground and golf course are super kid friendly. The restaurant does offer a buffet breakfast or à la carte. Heated outdoor pool with swim out section was a hit for the kids. Although I didn’t think it was warm enough… rooms are pretty spacious and well maintained."

"Room was small but well furnished, comfortable bed, great shower. Ordered breakfast with time at check in. Charming breakfast room, excellent breakfast. No coffee at 4 pm check it until 7 am. Lobby comfortable but shabby."

"We travel a quite a bit and always try to find unique lodging, so weve stayed in a few cabins over the years...this was by far our favorite. Each cabin felt private. We enjoyed sitting on the covered deck in Adirondack chairs while it was raining (and even saw a couple deer pass thru). Made coffee in the morning then talking it down to walk around the pond at sunrise was majestic. It was cold and rainy, so we grabbed a couple games from the game room to play in the evening. Can't say we were good at Canadian Edition Trivial Pursuit, but we learned a few things. Barb was absolutely delightful at check-in and made us feel very welcome. We highly recommended Sterling Ridge."

"This gem on Eden was very well equipped to cook and enjoy family time together. There are 2 small stores for your goods near by. Pack comfortable layers and if you are picky about outdoor chairs bring your own. The yard is good for many age and physical abilities. The space is comfortable and clean. It appears and I am very glad that guests respect the rules and this place. The hosts obviously care very much about this property and it is increadible that they share this ."
