"Breakfast was lovely great variety and catered for coeliac. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Pool was lovely as what the jacuzzi! Location is great right on marina. Thanks you for a lovely stay !"
"Bathrooms in lobby area need much better cleaning schedules. Both male and female toilets were dirty every time myself and my partner went to use them. Pool bar needs a better system for serving both people on the cafe side and on the pool side. Numerous times I was queuing on the pool side and people would join the queue on the cafe side and would be served before me. This is not very good customer service. The location of the hotel is lovely. It is a bit out of the town but 15 mins on the bus and you are in the centre with lots of bars and restaurants. Bus costs €3.20 for two people one way and they do not take card. Cash only. Breakfast was OK, we only went twice out of the week. Hash browns were lovely. Lunch was the same every day. Cold chips. Everything was cold. Dinner was the same as lunch, same thing every night and just mass produced cheap ingredients but it's the same thing everywhere when you do all inclusive unless it's a very expensive hotel. Roof top bar was shut. One out of the 3 beds had no mattress so was out of use. One jacuzzi was off. It should be sign posted better as it felt awkward and like the jacuzzi belonged to whoever was sitting on the bed beside it but that is not the case. We arrived at 11pm so only had 1 hour of all inclusive which did not include any food on the first day. Day of check out they cut our bands off so we couldn't use even though our flight wasn't until 10pm that night. I've never had that happen before."
"Clean and tidy apartment, lovely sea view and off-street parking (at no surcharge, a rarity, which itself is a scandal given what other properties charge).
Staff really friendly and helpful. "
"Highlight was definitely the wonderful staff, they were so friendly. Special mention to Laura and Lola in the restaurant, always smiling and happy to help.
The food was great and a big selection catering for traditional uk and local/international options.
The pool area was great too, lots of room but no changing room strangely?
Positives far outweigh the few minor negatives.
Yes it is noisy; you can hear every chair scraping on a distant balcony and the doors slam-is this down to the hotel or guests though?
Positive list- comfy bed, great shower, wifi worked well, bar prices reasonable, close to everything (despite the hill!)
Would definitely go back."
