Review We had a very disappointing experience. After booking, we were informed that we would be staying at a completely different apartment in another location. After complaining, we were told we could stay at Benal Beach as originally planned. However, just two days before departure, we were informed that Benal Beach was fully booked, and we were assigned another apartment. The new apartment was much farther from the beach, located on a hill, which made it difficult for us to access. Additionally, we no longer had the sea view we initially booked and paid for. The apartment itself was much smaller, and the kitchen was poorly designed—so much so that we couldn’t even open the microwave door properly because of the layout. The overall service was poor, and the way this situation was handled was unacceptable. Would not recommend.

Rengøring forfærdeligt ved ankomst , TV uden signal , Sengehylder skæve og slidte , El stikdåser beskidte , sengemål 130 x 180 cm meget hård , altan stole for lave ,vedligeholdelse maling , indretning ,seng beskidt , spisestole uden dupper , spisebord brugt som TV bord derfor ikke an venlig som spisebord , sovesofa skæv , køleskab m/fryser defekt/ uden låge ( 4 dage før skaden udbedret ) lejligheden ikke anvendelig til mere end to personer , køkkenbord var løs / mellemrum til væg og meget slidt inventar , fugerne langs bordkanter beskidt og hæftede ikke til væg og bordplader . service meget dårligt , knive , gafler , brødkniv mangelfuld . I det hele taget meget dårlig oplevelse , forstår ikke at Hotel.com vil lægge navn til dette , Vi kommer aldrig igen bestemt ikke noget der kan anbefales... ingen hjælp i receptionen , betaling for liggestole ved poolen , ingen information i lejligheden om affald, tv, koder til Wifi , område osv.

Everything you need for a break.

Contacted the agent at the door and were shown our room with balcony. Excellent WiFi and tv, comforts necessary these days. Clean towels and bedding, tea coffee and milk too. Just what we needed. Balcony’s shade will be valuable in the hot summer sun. Do not expect gold for the price of silver and you will not be disappointed!

Luulimme että varasimme huoneen hotellista. Kyseessä olikin yksityisen omistama pieni huone jota vuokrasi joku välittäjätoimisto. Hintaan tulikin lisää 30€. Pesukone ei toiminut, eikä myöskään ilmalämpöpumppu joten oli erittäin viileää ja kosteaa. Siivous oli toimitettu huonosti. Sängystä löytyi mm. joku vanha pyyhe. Suoraan sanottuna huono kokemus

Excellent stay

Excellent stay. Easy check in all arranged via whatsapp messages to prevent any roaming charges. Met by friendly & Helpful staff at the complex. We stayed at the same complex approx 10 years ago and not much has changed. This is a mixed used property with residential apartments and holiday apartments. Apartment 901 a 1 bedroom apartment was lovely. Large balcony with 2 sun loungers and a table & 2 chairs. Pool area loungers are €4 each with a foam cushion slides operate at set times and lifeguards are present. Pool area does have chickens and ducks running around but this didn't bother us and the apartments are only across the road from the park which has lots of animals. Would stay again.

Ok, but nothing more than that

Nice little studio with a very very short bed (I’m 186 cm, and it was too short for me.. Bathroom needs an upgrade to say the least, but all was working.. Check in/out times are absolutely ridiculous, how long does it take to clean this tiny place? Should be changed!!! Would I stay here again? No, not really - again bed too small and bathroom in serious need of an upgrade..

Lejligheden som vi havde lejet gennem expedia var fuldstændig uegnet til 2 voksne og 2 børn. En lille dobbelt seng + 1 smal sovesofa af kunstlæder der var totalt uegnet til at sove på. Vi blev nødt til at købe nyt ophold på et andet hotel i nærheden for at redde ferien.

Lovely stay owners rang to comfirm time WiFi could be better stopped working after 2 days, great apartment, clean, water slides were closed after 2 days but a wonderful family staff would book it a again due to location family friendly

This hotel is awful. What you see in the pictures is misleading. The building is big and difficult to get around. Its old and the rooms are very tired. When we got there the room was very poorly cleaned. batteries in remote control unit did not work, remote control batteries for TV lasted 2 days and died. Washing machine did not clean clothes properly, Water heater in closet was leaking, kitchen utensils were old and broken and we barely had any hot water to bathe. We had to ask for an iron as that did not work either. Although we complained and they made an effort to help they would not accept responsibility for anything and would not even offer a discount, credit, etc. Walking the grounds its easy to see this was once a Gran Hotel, but now the grounds show poor upkeep with dry or dead patches of grass and plants, dirty and dried out ponds or just broken. There are also dozens of cats roaming everywhere. You literally have to sidestep when walking because they lay everywhere and don't move. there is much more wrong with this property then just the management, and physical condition. Be wise and don't stay here.

Juste un petit bemol à signaler , la climatisation est un peu bruyante sinon tout était très bien . Notre séjour était agéable et on avait tout à disposition :plage à 2 pas , piscine spacieuse et très ludique ,un plaisir pour les enfants grâce aux nombreux tomboggans, le petit supermarché dans la résidence et la proximité de multiples restaurants ,commerces et possibilités d'activités diverses . On a passé une très bonne semaine.
