The region is just stunning and David and Wendy were extremely accommodating and made me feel right at home . I have never woken up to such a stunning view. The pool is perfect as well and a great way to cool off and get some exercise. Thank you so much for your hospitality, David and Wendy."

The worst part is the service (except for one guy who was very helpful; the other two girls there are friendly, but then charge you for various things they didn't tell you about beforehand). "The entrance and lobby at this hotel are simply gorgeous, a real attention to detail makes this a welcoming environment. The rooms are spacious and clean, and although the balconies are small, they do provide a lovely view. The solarium area and sunbathing spaces are ample and both pools were refreshing. The pool bar has lots of options and a nice food menu. Overall, having stayed in 5 or 6 hotels in the vicinity, Hotel Alay has proved to be my favourite and actually great value for money...
