Summary:
Welcome to this completely renovated apartment with a large terrace and outdoor kitchen and a communal pool, perfectly located between the beautiful Paloma Park and the beach in Benalmadena Costa with only 15min walk to the famous port, Puerto Marina in Benalmadena.
The area around the apartment is quiet and peaceful but close to the beach (2min), Paloma Park with a rich wildlife and rare plants (2min), dolphinarium (7min), train station in Arroyo de la Miel (19min), cable car ( 25min)
The Space:
Take the elevator up and when you step through the door you are met by a bright and newly renovated apartment with the private laundry room first door on the left, continue into the apartment and the newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen opens up to the living room and balcony. In the living room you will quickly find WIFI and a TV with and Netflix (own account) and Youtube. The comfortable sofa can be made into a double bed. From the living room you are led out into the corridor that connects the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one bedroom has a double bed, private French balcony and A / C with heating and cooling, the other bedroom has a large double bed and A / C with heating and cooling and the the third bedroom also has a large double bed with its own exit to the glazed part of the large terrace.
The large terrace of 80m2 has a newly installed outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, lounge group and dining table with seating for 8 people. The terrace is sunny all year round and is a place where you create the best memories of Spain.
The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with A / C in each room, WIFI, dishwasher and washing machine, barbecue, Smart TV and much more.
The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.
To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!
The Neighborhood:
Just across the street is the nearest supermarket and a handful of restaurants, if you continue down to the beach, the supply of food from all corners of the world increases.
In the complex there is a seasonal open pool with the possibility for wheelchair users to get up through a newly built adapted elevator.
The area around the apartment is quiet and peaceful but close to the promenade (2min), Paloma Park with a rich wildlife and rare plants (2min), dolphinarium (7min), train station in Arroyo de la Miel (19min), Tivoli (25min), cable car ( 25min) and Puerto Marina (15min).
Other Things to Note:
- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.
- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.
- No groups under 25y (except families).
- No smoking inside, no parties.
- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks.
- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included; pool towels are available for rent. Please contact us about the price.
- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.
- We can order you to transfer, ask us about the price.
