Spacious and well appointed immaculate apartment
Well presented spacious fresh clean and beautifully appointed apartment. Very comfortable and home from home. Has netflix a godsend for when you need some entertainment in inclement weather or of an evening. Nice small balcony to sit on of an early morning and evening with a drink. Master bedroom is fab and air conditioning is also a major plus. The apt is in a small block development and very quiet mostly residential . However, is on a busy key road to the marina and can be a bit noisy especially if any windows or doors open and at times when many commercial vehicles ate servicing the many businesses and hotels around the marina. However, this is a small issue and should not put you off this really lovely apartment and its excellent proximity to the marina, beach and all the facilities close by.

Gracias Cofton por tus comentarios , los huéspedes como vosotros nos animan a seguir con nuestro apartamento, son unos huespedes inmejorables en todo lo referente a limpieza, y cuidado con todo, son exepcionales, en cuanto a lo del ruido lo entendemos perfectamente, pero les tengo que decir que es circunstancial ya que la calle por la que deben de pasar estos Vehiculos está en obras, esperamos que esto esté solucionado lo antes posible, le esperamos para cuando quieran volver. The apartment was excellent
Just as the apartment was advertised but the corner were it was located was extremely noisy all day and night due to traffic and the bars nearby people were shouting and singing at 2am in the morning. We had 11 sleepless nights even with ear plugs in our ears I would not recommend this apartment to any one even if you were party goers

Property was very clean and tidy and close to lots of good restaurants. Also a very short walk to lovely beaches. The only downfall was that the only mirrors were in the bathroom, it would have been good to have at least one mirror in a bedroom, especially with four females sharing . Overall we all very much enjoyed our holiday.

Single parent family stay Costa del Sol
A lovely apartment for a small family. Brilliant location for Benalmadena beach, Puerto Marina, sealife, boat trips, mini golf, cable cars up to the mountain, supermarkets, we also caught the train into Malaga for a day, shopping, bars, clubs, restaurants and clubs. Loads going on but with it was nice and quiet and cool haven.

If looking for somewhere close to the marina, your are very close .
It fulfilled all my requirements for the purpose of my visit. My friend & I had no intention of cooking and just needed somewhere close to everything which it was. Good sized fridge, small what looked like an induction hob (never used) a dinning table and L shape settee. TV seemed to be limited to 3 channels but I didn’t come out here to watch TV so that wasn’t an issue. The apartment has a small room with twin beds and limited wardrobe and a much larger double room with a 3 door sliding wardrobe. The toilet is what we might refer to as a jack & jill because it had a door in double bedroom and a consealed sliding door which was in main seating area. Small balcony with a table and chair. Overall I was happy with what I got

Perfect location, lovely clean appartment
4 of us stayed at the appartment. The location was perfect, not far from the beach, Marina, restaurants and shops. The appartment was as described, clean and had all facilities we required. It was ideal for my Mum and her friend as it was 1st floor, but there was a lift. It's very secure, as it is in a gated appartment block. We would stay here again, and would recommend this appartment to anyone.

Lovely Apartment
Very comfortable apartment and lovely beds worked well for 3 ladies.Well equipped only down side was no patio chairs and no dvd or english television.

tendremos en cuenta lo que de la tv y las sillas, pero no es un patio es un balcon, en cuanto a la television, no habia forma de ponerla en la urbanizacion, en cuanto se pueda hacer se hara. gracias de todas formas por su comentario.

Excellent apartment in a great location
Good email communication and we were met with the keys when we arrived. The location of the property is just in front of the marina, so lots of restaurants and shops and the beach. The apartment was super clean and fully equipped.

Lovely apartment
Initially there was a problem with access to the property and although the manager apologised he offered no compensation not even a bottle of wine. Once we had overcome this we enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in a prime location and was very clean. A few more cups would help but other than that very good.

es cierto que hubo un problema inicial, es correcto que deberia de haber tenido algun detalle pero no pense en ello, creo que ya con el precio por el que se quedaron 4 personas en mi apartamento es una buena compensacion. el tema del menaje ya esta totalmente solucionado. de todas formas gracias por su comentario.

First time in Benalmadina
This was our first time in Benalmadina so we’re not sure what to expect. The apartment was lovely very well located and with all the facilities we needed. We would certainly recommend this property to anyone. Thanks for letting us stay in your wonderful apartment.

Holiday started with a two and a half hour flight delay. I was meant to be meeting the owner at 4pm so had to message the owner to tell her that we would be late. This she said was NO PROBLEM. When we arrived we were met and shown into the apartment. It is in a lovely location right by the marina. The apartment was beautifully presented and very modern . It was spotlessly clean and was very bright with lots of sunlight. It has two good sized bedrooms with very comfortable beds. It has a good sized tv on the wall with plenty of spanish channels to choose from. The only slight problem was there was 3 of us staying and only 2 mugs and no kettle. We used a pan to boil the water and used a glass for a coffee. All in all a great place to stay. Would highly recoment.

Uitstekend, alles aanwezig, zelfs een wasmachine. Fijne bedden en een gastvrouw die niets teveel vond. De locatie was goed, tegenover Puerta Marina, 5 minuten van de boulevard. Dat er af en toe wat lawaaiige Engelsen 's nachts over straat liepen namen we op de koop toe.

Perfekt läge och fräsch lägenhet
Bodde här i 3 veckor både med min familj och själv då jag kombinerade semester och jobb. Perfekt läge nära marinan, affärer och stranden. Fräsch lägenhet med möjlighet till enklare matlagning. + att de fanns tvättmaskin. Jätte gullig värd som alltid var behjälplig. De ända som drog ner lite var tyvärr grannarna som var otroligt högljudda både dagar/kvällar och nätter. Främst jobbigt när man skulle upp och jobba dagen efter. Kan också vara att de var tunna väggar och lyhört. Jag rekommenderar verkligen de här boendet.

God lejlighed med små mangler
Ankomst udlejer kunne ikke engelsk kun spansk, måtte få en tjener til at forklarer om hvornår vi kunne tjekke ind, mangler i lejligheden der var til 4 personer kun to vinglas, to kaffekopper, ingen ordenligt kniv til at skære brød, købte selv vinglas og viskestykke .

El apartamento está muy bien situado , es muy espacioso, con camas muy cómodas y armarios grandes. Entra mucha luz de día, muy luminoso, pero de noche no es ruidoso y se descansa bien. Margarita ha sido muy amable en todo momento, mostrándose disponible para echarnos una mano cuando ha hecho falta. Volveremos.

La estancia en el apartamento de Marga fue extraordinaria, ella es encantadora todo fueron facilidades , el apartamento muy nuevo muy limpio y muy bien situado. Cómo el domingo no entraba nadie nos dejaron más tiempo para poder salir. En general volveremos seguro .
