The staff was so friendly and helpful , recommended amazing places to eat the room was clean and honestly one of the best budget friendly places ever ! Make sure to eat at the diner across the way Laurie’s had an amazing breakfast

Best Western Bend North
Elevator stopped working while five of us were in it. Tried to call staff to discuss issue and they refused to engage in conversation. Simply stated that help was going to come. In general staff were not prioritizing the customer experience at all. Especially During breakfast time. Overall, the hotel ...
