Great location and a nice room, but the stay was let down by poor maintenance. The fridge was dirty, smelled terrible and did not work, so we ended up buying ice just to keep our water cold during the hot Alicante days. We reported it in person and by email, but it was only replaced on our last day. The shower also leaked water into the main room area. A basic room check before arrival would have prevented most of this.

Amazing!!
Stunning hotel our seaview room was very spacious and spotlessly clean
The breakfast buffet was fantastic there's something for everyone such a great variety of foods
The two outdoor pool areas and bars again spacious and spotlessl with great sunbeds and parasols
But the absolute gem has to be the terrace rooftop bar...wow!!
I can't recommend this hotel highly enough and I cannot wait to return again next year!!

"What a beautiful hotel. It was close to the cathedral and other beautiful buildings. The hotel was absolutely gleaming and staff were so lovely. We did miss a pool and a balcony that is the usual beach holiday but for a city break we couldn’t have asked for more. The restaurant was great! So peaceful ..."

"I liked the central location of hotel. room was good size for a single person. Very large single bed. nice and clean bathroom. No view in window, just a wall. breakfast was OK, nothing special. Would definitely stay again if price is right."
