The apartment is a good base for exploring Benidorm. Very clean and had lots of amenities in the apartment for cooking etc. The staff were very helpful and friendly and we enjoyed our stay.

Plesant stay

Great stay for a few days. We got upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment which was nice and spacious. Nice lobby, pool and indoor areas. Checkin was straightforward, as was checkout. Obky few minutes walk from the beach and bars. Ideal.

The room was not clean when we got in. Bedrooms covers smelled bad and looked dirty. The bathroom was wiped down with no leaning products so we could see stuff moved around in the sink, shower and faucets. The inside of the toilet was not clean. Had to clean it ourselves.

Great 40th Birthday Stay

Great stay. Visited with friends for our 40th’s and this place ticked the boxes. Good sized rooms / apartments. Main pool was a good size and could host plenty of people. Less than 5 mins to get to beach and strip. Staff were helpful throughout our stay.

Brillant place to stay

We couldn't fault my stay at all but u must say the shower flooded the apartment but apart from that the rooms was very clean beds where very comfy and not a bad few from the balcony really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come a stay here agan its in a very good spot near all the bars shops&entertainment very 😊

Everywhere is very clean, apartment bit dated but has everything you would expect for the money, the balcony is massive and on the 14th floor you have a bit of seaview, only real complaint is how uncomfy the bed was tried the pull out as well all very well used so springs in your back apart from that would stay again of they promise to give me a better mattress

Great self catering apartment

Excellent location. Very clean and everything you need for a self catering holiday. I did need to call reception for some help operating the oven but after 4 attempts no one answered. Luckily I managed to figure it out. I would definitely stay again

Car parking issue

Everything was good until we collected our car from the lower ground car park . The steep exit scrapped our under chasis really bad that we think they may be damage to it . We did inform reception but needed to get away as the parking outside was restricted.

A lovely hotel

A lovely hotel. Would be family friendly too or suitable for groups or couples. Lovely view from the balcony and the sun still gets up there even after it’s covered by the pool by shade. The room was very clean and had a good size bathroom and a small kitchen which was very useful! Particularly the fridge 😊 Our stay was spoilt by a group of 4 lads in the room next door. They would get in at around 4am and party in their room for the next 3 hours which was very loud! Also people around the pool were using their own speakers but there were hotel speakers around the pool already playing music so it made it very noisy and uncomfortable. However it was a great location 😊

The hotel itself is good, nice location…big clean rooms. Problem started when my Bluetooth speaker went missing. The hotel staff could not care less and basically accused me of lying. The manager came and wow…. attitude was horrific…. Zero customer service skills. Experience ruined by rude, arrogant obnoxious staff and that is me being polite !!

Staff were friendly reception area was very nice as was the pool area and clean, the room we stayed in was spacious the only issue I had was the floor throughout was dirty when we arrived I told reception straight away they said they would contact the cleaners 5 times in total I told reception that the floor was still not cleaned, it wasn’t done properly during our 11 night stay so would not return or recommend unfortunately

Booked an apartment with double bed and double sofa bed. There was no double bed only twins and the sofa bed was not made up When we spoke to reception the male staff member was very huffy and acted as though we were in the wrong for wanting what we had booked - the double bed. Was also shocked that we would have liked the bed making up. The air con was rubbish and was not capable of getting both rooms cold. The photos which show clean rooms with new air con units are clearly not applicable to all rooms. Worst of all it was filthy. Dirty plates in cupboard, stains and marks on walls and ceilings, loads of mould in bathroom, hairs in bathroom and in microwave - it was unhygienic and disgusting. When we asked to switch rooms it was declined. Not worth the money and steer clear. Positives - nice women behind reception who allowed us to check in early. Pool spacious. Lots of towels. That’s about it.

4 adults 2 bed apartment, good functional kitchenette, comfy beds, air con, reasonable sized terrace, great shower, clean and tidy, friendly staff, near the strip (10 mins) walk) but far enough to avoid the noise. Hotel rooms were basic with kitchen area and decent sized balcony . Rooms were clean with maid service a couple of times a week . Towels could be changed at reception . Staff were very friendly and drinks and snacks at poll area reasonably priced. Pool area was ok but would have benefited from regular cleaning. Was busy at weekends with groups for birthdays, stags and hens but nothing too wild . Hotel was fine for a base ,clean and not overly rowdy.
