Lovely room, food varied and good quality only thing I would say is the hotel had a lot of totally entitled guests who moan about everything when it was totally unnecessary. I will definitely use the Flash again.

Good hotel with a great location close to all entertainment in Benidorm. Room was clean and a reasonable size. Breakfast was very good with British bacon. Lunch/dinner was decent with sufficient choice. The hotel was good value for money given its location.

Beautiful and spacious room. Mini 'fridge and great view. Spotlessly clean. Large wardrobe with full length mirror. Modern and spacious bathroom. Great communal areas and very good and wide menu in Restaurant. Hotel is in great location in Benidorm.

Gem of a hotel, ideal location, rooms are typical of all hotels - modern and clean. Staff all very friendly. Dining room/restaurant is quite small & can get very busy - but staff ensure you get a table promptly (we never had to wait, some did for 4 or more)! Food was faultless. Great choice & replenished often. Enjoyed breakfast & evening meals at the Flash. Pool area was great with some entertainment. Pool bar only allows plastic cups which they charge you 1€ extra for. **Tip** Bring cups back to room end of day to save you paying every day. Just present next day, they always give you a fresh one

Oscar booked us in and we were upgraded which was nice , we were on 9th floor at the front could see the sea too and opposite Morgan’s , but noisy at night but didn’t bother us , food was ok my friend was gluten free not great selection but staff tried to accommodate with cereal n bread. Had a great stay staff friendly n approachable

Good points: Clean room with a good view. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast . Good location. Good bar area. Bad points : Night staff rude and disrespectful and incompetent . All tea and coffee in the room was extra cost. All water was extra cost. All drinks machines turned off for evening meals. Very limited gluten free options ( bread roll and a brownie ) Unreliable elevators . Don’t expect much sun on the pool. With just a few tweaks it could be a good hotel but the penny pinching let it down for us .

Had great holiday. Hotel Flash in good location near beach, shops and bars. Rooms comfortable big beds. Fridge, safe, make-up mirror hairdryer power shower, large gel/shampoo. Staff all friendly and efficient. Good selection of food in restaurant.

Great hotel with amazing staff!

Our stay was amazing, lovely modern hotel with great pool area! Staff are so so friendly and make your stay even better ☺️ entertainment is on everyday which is great fun and evenings spent in the flash bar are fab. The rooms were great size and nice and clean. I’d say the breakfast food was perfect, lunch and dinner was okay always something there for everyone but only area I’d say could be improved. Would definitely recommend anyone stay here, perfect location and overall great hotel! Will be back next time in benidorm

Good modern hotel in an ideal location, excellent decor with lovely bar and pool area. Was half board and food was good but if I’d have stayed longer than 4 days I think I’d have eaten out a couple of times as variety was a bit limited . We was in a room for three as we were on a girls trip but was a bit disappointed with the sleeping arrangements which was two double bed shoved together! Otherwise good experience

Perfect for a relax or a mad one

Great location whether you want a quiet trip or a mad one. Everything is walkable. Food in the hotel is ok for what you pay. There were limited / no vegetarian options some nights but then a lot others. Rooms large and comfortable. Smelt a bit of smoke but was ok when the balcony was opened. Would stay again.

Picked this hotel as it was central. Room really nice, Food is edible, but pretty much same choices. Reception staff very helpful & friendly. Staff (female) in the flash bar on the front, abrupt & quite rude. I feel the the sun loungers could be updated, very uncomfortable. The VIP loungers were a bit pricey at €30 a day to hire . Hotel entertainer is a credit to the hotel, friendly & helpful. Overall this hotel was a satisfactory stay, just a few minor things let it down.
