Fabulous hotel, one of the best we've stayed in. Reuben and Lorena on reception were great, we had the standard room for one night, very spacious and a very comfortable bed. A minute from Poniente beach so a great location.

A gem of a hotel in Benidorm. Food cleanliness staff you name it it was great. Stayed before and it never disappoints. Reception staff were fantastic well clued up and resolve any issues immediately. Food quality exceptional. All diners in the evening had made a real effort and looked lovely.

The hotel was satisafactory but the room lacked a 4 ster feel of other hotels i have stayed in. I payed extra for sea view but the room 110 had aircon units outside balcony and i feel i should not of been charged extra for this lack of pleasure. The room was more like 3 star than 4.

Buena comida, buena piscina, camas comodisimas y sobre todo, un personal muy atento y profesional. Llegue muy pronto al hotel por circunstancias y la recepcionista no solo me guardo la maleta sino que además me invito a desayunar y me dieron la habitación poco más tarde. Muy pocos hoteles harían eso.

El hotel es muy tranquilo. Se encuentra muy cerca del centro y de las dos playas. El tiempo, como siempre, primaveral. Todo ello junto con la profesionalidad del personal han hecho que el fin de semana sirviera para desconectar de la rutina diaria.
