Unique modern three-bedrooms apartment, located in an ideal place for relaxation, in the new residential complex Sunset Drive in Benidorm, located just 200 meters from the Poniente beach, where every little detail is provided for relaxation: pools with jacuzzi and natural lawn, recreational spaces and sports facilities. These include a tennis court, football / volleyball / basketball court, petanque courts and a spacious 150-meter gym. Those who prefer a more relaxing holiday can spend time at the special tables playing chess, in the massage room or in the sauna. For children, Sunset Drive has a separate playground, a private pool and even a climbing wall. The apartment offers stunning sea views.

The Poniente area is a modern area with a well-developed infrastructure: restaurants, shops, public transport, a playground located right on the beach. Thanks to the unique location of the house, you can enjoy walks along the modern promenade.

The master bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two separate single beds, and the third bedroom has two separate single beds, the apartment is ideal for families of 6 people. On request, it is possible to provide a baby cot (for a child up to 3 years old).

On the terrace there is comfortable furniture - a table, armchairs, which allows guests to enjoy outdoor activities with a view of the sea.
