There's a big red sticker on the door. Why Expedia hotels.com would take money for a hotel they should've known was closed is beyond me. There are several reviews to that affect. What made me upset is that support states there is no guarantee I'll get my money back. That's fraudulent to keep money paid for a product / service not rendered. How do they even begin to think that's not illegal?"
