Spend an unforgettable summer vacation in this beautiful vacation home with pool and enjoy the rural location. The first floor is accessible via the outside staircase. On the spacious and fenced property, the pool area is still additionally fenced. There are 2 garages. The vacation home is located close to the village road and the inhabitants of the small, picturesque village Lisi?i? are mainly engaged in agriculture. The nearest beach is in Donji and not far from it you can visit the remains of the Liburnian-Roman settlement Asserie. Also worth visiting is the city of Zadar, which offers historical and cultural sights as well as many summer events. Recommended are trips to the national parks Paklenica, Krka, Plitvice lakes, Kornati and Vrana lake.

Das Haus besteht aus zwei abgeschlossenen Wohnungen, unten mit einem Schlafzimmer, oben mit drei. Der Pool ist wirklich toll. Die allgemeine Lage ist durchschnittlich, es gibt in ca 600m Entfernung einen kleinen Laden, in 6 km größere Discounter. Die Ausstattung ist verbesserungsfähig, es ist zwar alles vorhanden aber z.Bsp. Die Kochtöpfe sind verschlissen und kaputt.Die Eltern der Vermieterin haben wir 2mal kurz gesehen, wenig Kommunikation mit ihnen möglich (kein englisch oder deutsch), Vermieterin selbst haben wir nicht kennengelernt (nur WhatsApp in englisch)Der Ort Lisicic ist an sich kein Touristischer Ort, im nächsten größeren Ort Bencovac (6km) gibt es ein paar wenige Restaurants. Zum Meer fährt man ca eine halbe Stunde.Die direkten Nachbarn sind wirklich sehr nett und freundlich, bei ihnen gibt es leckeres Olivenöl. Wenn man seine Ruhe sucht ist man in diesem Haus genau richtig
