Room was always cleaned everyday. Staff was nice and courteous. Ice machine wasn’t working on my floor but that’s ok, I didn’t need any ice.

2500 Penn, a Placemakr Experience
This is a great option for families. I really appreciated the apartment setup. With some upgrades, this can be a really awesome place. It’s very bare bones, but I would be willing to pay a little more for room service, modern bathroom and kitchen

Please be aware of the type of room you are booking. I was under the impression that all rooms had kitchens. The room I ended up booking was standard and had no kitchen.
