This studio classified two stars for two people comfort will allow you to spend a holiday in BĂ©nodet while enjoying the beach at 50m, but also the Thalasso or the Casino that are right next door.

Located on the 4th floor with elevator, you will enjoy a living room with a fully equipped kitchen as well as a lounge area turning into a bedroom with convertible (140x 190cm).
To this is added a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine.
Extremely bright with its large bay window, you will also have the luxury of a balcony with a view of the roofs of the old Bénodétoises houses and the mythical and very sought after Trez district.

We particularly like:
- Ideal location with beach at 100 m
- The private parking space, an essential in summer!

Our concierge based in Fouesnant offers the following options to ask for upon booking:

Apartment bien équipé trÚs proche de la plage.

L’appartement est ensoleillĂ©, Ă  un grand balcon regardant le vert et est trĂšs Bein Ă©quipĂ© avec plein de choses utiles, une machine Ă  laver, une vaisselle
 Le lit/sofa Ă©tait confortable. Mon contact cĂŽtĂ© propriĂ©tĂ© Ă©tait trĂšs agrĂ©able et bien organisĂ©, merci! 2 choses Ă  remarquer: l’internet Ă©tait pratiquement inutilisable pour travailler avec (ce que j’aurais du). Pas de connexion, lente, beaucoup d’interruptions. De plus il fallait bien Ă©crire dans l’annonce qu’on a absolument besoin d’une voiture pour aller chercher et rentrer la clĂ© dans l’agence immobiliĂšre. Comme je voyage beaucoup avec les transports public c’était seulement par hasard que j’avais une voiture pendant cette semaine. Pour conclure: Une bonne expĂ©rience, merci.
