Well, for starters when we got there, we got charged extra money for parking because they rent spaces out to other cars going back-and-forth to the airport. Then when we checked in our room, the tub was slippery. My husband fell. The spout was broken and I had to wait until 4 o’clock to shower. There is no food delivery places listed and if you ask the staff, a lot of them didn’t speak English or they would say they didn’t know our toilet constantly ran unless you lifted up the toilet handle, which was annoying and very loud our air conditioner was so loud. It kept us up the first night. The second night wasn’t so bad because we are so exhausted. We slept through the noise. We left the hotel not realizing our door didn’t shut so I had my purse and all my money and my medication up there thank God nobody came in our room and I reported all this to the staff in the morning because I was going to the rush concert Friday night. I wasn’t able to shower until 4 o’clock, she however, gave us supposedly our money back for parking, but I still have a hold of 250 something dollars on my bank account.

This was the perfect place for my group and our needs. Enough beds with options; a dark, quiet room in the basement, a shared room with a two full beds, the top floor king size suite, even a pull out sofa! All useful accommodations for a party of 5 or more. To top it off, the roof top hot tub with a city skyline view was incredible! It was a great location too, in walking distance to our venue in South Philly. Everything worked out perfectly, and I'm grateful that this option was available. Thank you!
