Tolles Hotel, wo Preis-Leistung passt. Sauna top

Hotel ist sehr gemütlich, zwar älter aber top in Schuss. Man sieht, das instandgehalten und modernisiert wird. Der Spa-Bereich ist zwar im Keller aber sehr modern, aber gemütlich und sauber. Essen im Restaurant ist auch sehr lecker.

- die Beleuchtung in den Zimmern könnte ein Upgrade vertragen, es ist dann doch recht dunkel. Sauberkeit, absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Freundlichkeit des Personals das hinzu gebuchte Frühstück war reichhaltig, mit kleinen Abwechslungen , frisch, lecker. checkin auch später durch den Automaten

Eine Stechmückenplage!

Ich wohnte in der „Princess-Suite“! Zustand des Zimmers war mäßig! Alt und renovierungsbedürftig. Aber noch gut in Schuss—-80er Jahre Standard: Teppichboden, Eiche dunkel, Kellenputz! 2.Tag -Kein Zimmerservice Auch auf Nachfrage keinerlei Lösung für Stech-Mückenplage im Zimmer. Kein Insektenspray erhältlich im Hotel!

Am Tag der Anreise rief uns noch eine Mitarbeiterin an wann wir ungefähr einchecken würden. Stau bedingt sagte das Navi Ankunft kurz nach 19 Uhr. Die Mitarbeiterin bot an ein wenig länger zu bleiben um uns persönlich begrüßen zu können. Kurz nach 19 Uhr war die freundliche Mitarbeiterin noch da, organisierte uns spontan noch Frühstücksplätze für den nächsten Tag und wünschte uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. 24h einchecken wäre auch möglich gewesen dank des Automaten vor der Tür, das Hotel war Sauber, tolles Zimmer, freundliches Personal, tolle Lage, nächster Aufenthalt in Auerbach wieder im Parkhotel Krone!

Das Hotel liegt zentral zwischen Zwingenberg und Bensheim. Es wirkte alles sehr gepflegt. Die Lage des Zimmers zur Parkseite hin war sehr ruhig.

Schande!

Er was een groot feest waardoor wij tot 01 uur 's nachts uit onze slaap werden gehouden. Dit kun je als hotel niet maken. Wij sliepen op de 1e verdieping dus pal boven de feestruimte. Wij gingen helaas niet uitgerust op pad de volgende morgen. Heel vervelend.
