"Clean and convenient. Room okay with nice cozy beds and powerful hot shower. The pool is nice and close to beach. Handsome Nick was very awesome and helpful. Room service was good but 1st day beautiful and fresh and 2nd day cold and old not to forget to mention wrong. I even called and was told they would deliver missing items to our room, but never did. Worst 70 bucks we spent on breakfast. Not the hotel's fault but not right. Parking easy. We enjoyed are stay overall. "

"Place was very clean, A/C in bedroom was great. King size bed was comfy, however, it’s a very low bed for me(6ft). The A/C in the kitchen/livinroom is broken.Pool was fabulous! The owner, was there all 4 days. Owner, mention that the hot tub was not ON… and I would need to contact him if I wanted it ON. Told me it was electric and took sometime to heat up.The place is very private until the owner shows up.Coffee maker was great, Refrigerator was great. Dishwasher was great. Bathroom is beautiful. Plenty of room. Shower was somewhat small for me (6ft). Water pressure was good."

"Overall a decent rental. Would be significantly better with a few upgrades. The plates, cooking supplies, and linens all seemed very worn. The house was clean but the dated linens made it feel less clean. The living room could really using a table and it is tough to have a house that is setup for at least 4 people only have a way to seat 3 people to eat. The water pressure was also terrible, almost impossible to clean dishes. Overall the house was what we needed but we had a family members place we spent most of our time at. If we had spent more time here I think the worn state of the supplies would have bothered me more. The washer and dryer and screened porch were very nice touches. "

"This place is a lot of fun. It's tough to figure out how to rate it, since it's basically a study in contradictions. It's a home with a gravel driveway...and a three car garage. The kitchen is huge, with a full size fridge, a second full size freezer, miles of counter space, commercial quality lighting, gas stove...and no dishwasher or garbage disposal. (This information is in the description, btw.)The water pressure in the showers is phenomenal, and the drains easily handle it. None of that slow moving drain nonsense here. But the toilets are a bit wimpy. It's big, plenty of space...but one of the bedrooms is behind a bathroom. That means if the bathroom is occupied, that bedroom is inaccessible. This wasn't an issue for us, but might be for you.It's a great, quirky, fun place. It's about 5-6 mins to the beach. I'd definitely stay here again. If you're a real type-A person, take a look at the floor plan before booking, since it is unusual. "
