"Clean room and lobby, good breakfast, outdated decor"

"The room was OK unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work. It was very hot in the room. The staff seemed to be friendly and accommodating Pool is small parents left children unsupervised why they sat the patio Otherwise the pool was clean; the area around. It was clean didn’t have breakfast or food in the hotel so cannot comment on that. The elevators really didn’t give you enough time to get on and off of them before the doors closed, but there is a warning alarm that the doors are closing, but with luggage or large groups of people it was a fight to get on the elevator before the door is closed. I would probably stay at the hotel again if I could not find another one in the area."

"Communication from host was excellent. House was new and clean and had several nice little amenities like pickleball paddles, frisbee, dog toys. We didn't have a chance to use any, but they were nice add-ons."

"The internet is more than terrible. The download speed today is 0.87 mbps other word not useable!! Funny part is the upload speed is three times as much 1.74. If I could get my money back and move to a different hotel I would!!!!!!! This is just ridiculous, having to go to a coffee shop to text and email. Telling people I can’t video chat because I am in a coffee shop to get at least internet that is useable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! "

"This house was perfect for a family getaway over the holidays. We had four dogs and the backyard was spacious and the lawn was well taken care of. One of the gates to the backyard was broken, which led to our dogs getting out, but we notified the company that owns the property and they said they would take care of it. The living room is great for sitting together watching movies as a family. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious and the bathrooms were clean and had lots of room. FYI, there is only one blow dryer in the place, so remember to bring your own. The only negative feedback was that all communications - text and through messages - were AI - it was all bot communication, so getting a specific answer was difficult at times. The property itself is great. About 10 min from downtown and Crystal Bridges. Would stay again."
