Met family for Christmas. House was everything we could ask for. Big fenced yard for the dogs. Very well stocked with everything you could need. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to book in this area. Will probably go back in the summer and check out the beaches and wineries.

Perfect place to stay with families! It was not only clean and a great layout for 2 families (7 people in total) but close to our favorite places in St Joe and the surrounding area! We cannot wait to book again for next year!

This home is perfect! We love the spacious and clean rooms with everything you need. The TV and sound system is awesome! There is a firepit and two areas of seating on the deck. The fenced in yard is secure for our curious dogs. Corey is an absolutely wonderful host! This was our second stay and we'll be back next year!

The house was clean with a huge fenced backyard for our dog to run around. Short drive to beaches and restaurants/breweries. The host provides more than most rentals - firewood, s’mores for fire pit, plenty of toilet paper/paper towels, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. Would stay here again!

Long Weekend

Stayed here for a long weekend with my partner and our dogs. Really easy to get into town and close to Warren Dunes. The house itself was the perfect spot for just relaxing and hanging out, and the dogs loved the fenced in backyard.

Summer family fun trip

St. Joe/Benton Harbor vacation

This was a family vacation in southwestern Michigan and our first time using a VRBO property. The facility was as described and perfect for our family. The backyard was gorgeous and the hosts provided all the amenities needed to make our stay even more carefree and enjoyable. House was the perfect size for 4 adults and 3 younger children and 2 small dogs. The kids loved all the games and especially the legos. House had everything you needed. Fenced in yard was perfect for the dogs and kids. Very nice home

Excellent home for extended stay!

My husband, dog and I drove from NC to Michigan for a work trip. We all enjoyed staying at this awesome home for 15 days. Our dog loved the fenced in backyard and the home was extremely comfortable and met all of our needs. We would definitely stay here again for a vacation! Hosts are extremely responsive, but we truly did not need to contact them often because the home had everything we needed! Visiting Silver Beach and Downtown St. Joseph are a must! Home is in a great location and close to everything.

Fabulous Family Time

This property was so welcoming and had many touches with families and dogs in mind. My granddaughter loved the many games and the fire ring with s’mores kit. I loved the small but beautiful master bath with hand held and rainforest shower head. Shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap on the wall smelled great too. My husband appreciated the easy clean up instructions. My adult kids loved the location with beach, shops, restaurants and wineries a short drive away. The dogs loved the huge fenced in yard that even the little one wouldn’t escape from. We definitely recommend this place and the hosts were great.

I say over the top because this house has everything!!! And the host supplies items right down to pen and paper for making grocery lists!!! We had a wonderful stay and will stay again. Very roomy, bright, and it felt like home. It was nice enough to sit on the patio and play with our dogs in the yard. I can't express enough how thoroughly pleased and happy I was to stay at such a lovely place!

Great Time

This was a great place to stay. We did a short 3 day vacation with our son, his wife and 4 children. The area had plenty for them to do with the beach, carrousel, pizza etc. When we came back to the house there were plenty of games for inside and outside. The kids absolutely loved the smores bar! We even had a firepit because the wood is kept dry in the garage. On top of all that the house was well stocked with supplies and we didn't need to buy anything, This house is VRBO done right! Good job guys!

The perfect family vacation

LOVED this property! Had everything we needed for a week-long family vacation with two Littles (3yo and 5yo). Kitchen was well-stocked including those little extras like salt/pepper, cooking oil, foil, some cleaning supplies, and house had lots of extra amenities including games and toys - enough to keep my monsters occupied during 2 rainy days! Super close to our fave super secret beach - Rocky Gap and only 3 minutes into St Joe for great dinner. Furniture was comfortable and plenty of room for us all to spread out. Mattresses were very comfy. House was extremely clean. We had a wonderful time!!!
