No more Super 8’s for me. Terrible experience from the get go, accidentally charged me for someone else’s reservation. Only realized it when they ran my card and said they had me down for 2 rooms for 2 nights. Chair in room was dirty, rusty outlets, looked like mold on lamp shade, blood stains on mattress cover, woke up in middle of night to go to bathroom and a roach scurried across the floor. The positive: Location was great, easy access to highway and felt like a safe location!

Property was not senior friendly. Tub was very high and difficult to get into and didn't have any grab bars. Sink area was small with no place to put make up and other items. It was convenient.to local eateries with easy access from the main hwy.

Wife and I walked into the room and we stood there for a minute or two and walked back out went to a store to chat about the room. The room was dirty there was a curtain missing, the door (said door was sketchy at best) leading to the outside wasn’t locked when we walked in, the floors were filthy. The room itself had a dirty feel to it as if it hadn’t been cleaned properly. We came back from the store we went to I walked to the desk turned the keys in and asked for a cancellation of the room. This is the worst room I’ve ever been given at a hotel.

This property leaves much to be desired. It was loud and dirty. The front desk staff were always on their cellphones and couldn’t be bothered when I had a question. Their breakfast was cold cereal and coffee basically. I will not be staying at a Super 8 or Wyndham property ever again.

There was no hot water in the shower. The bathroom door has holes in it. Only one electrical outlet worked in the other room I booked for family. That room also had a toilet that didn’t flush correctly.

It was clean, surprised to get a smoking room, nit surprised there was a cigarette burn on the comforter. Weird lavender paint splatter in the bathroom but it was clean. Little whisker hairs in the faucet knobs but otherwise good.

Property location is great. Unfortunately, that's about it. Our bedding was stained and the window curtains had holes. The beds are on some sort of metal frame that is annoyingly loud any time you move. My expectations for the property were pretty low, and they still fell short. I won't be staying there again.

Very disappointed and rude management
They charged my Bank card after I paid cash for my rooms. Went to office and told them. Said I only paid one room cash.. charged my card no receipt it got stuck. Said she give it to me on check out... wouldn't give my money back. Cockroaches In room bathtub had hair in it. Wasn't clean at all... very rude management and management on duty was rude... still didn't get money back. Lesson learned no more super8...

Not a safe hotel
My experience was absolutely tragic. First of all, my room had a hole punched through the bathroom door. Second of all, when I left to go park my car, I had three thugs come up and approach my window RIGHT OUTSIDE THE MAIN ENTRANCE DOOR! This hotel was not safe. Also, I asked for a refund because I did not stay the night there and they never reimbursed me.

Decent location. Rented a suite that had a very old and uncomfortable couch (looked and felt 30 years old), the bed wasnt very comfortable and felt like an older spring mattress, the air conditioner when coming on sounded like it was goong to blow up, the noise resistance in the room was poor (could hear people in other rooms and in the hallways at all hours of the night), the giant spa tub which was a deciding factor was dirty (half empty shampoo bottle laying in the drain, jets looked like they hadnt been cleaned in years...) so we hand cleaned it ourselves to discover once filled up that the jet system didn't even work. Maybe the other rooms are better, but to pay extra for a suite in such poor condition isn't ideal. I thought about making a formal complaint upon check out, but decided it was probably not worth my time. Highly unlikely i would stay here again.

The window a/c unit was dirt, dirty and stained linen. Towel rack was falling off the wall, stained walls, more chipped paint off the door frame than paint. Purchased room because breakfast was offered, Raisen Bran and Corn Flakes with Spunkmeir muffins is not breakfast ! Will never stay at a Wyndham property anywhere again. Wyndham should just go out of business if that is the best they can do !

It was dated and overall nothing special. Clean but the old couch and chair were in horrible shape. The hot tub was nice and functional. For the price id expected better. But i wouldn't reduse to stay again if it was necessary.

The maid did the best she could. No problems there. But the baseboards in the bathroom were dirty. There was a hole punched in the bathroom door. Outdated spreads and drapes. Breakfast offered was cereal. I would rate this particular Super 8 a slight step up from a Motel 6. I've stayed in other Super 8s and was always pleased. Not this time.
