I needed an extra pillow and they brought it to my room within a few minutes, they got me a taxi for my bus out of town, they had better then usual English understanding and treated me very well. "Nice clean hotel that is very deceiving from the outside. Excellent customer service and the private onsen was awesome. Room was huge, clean, and comfortable. Beppu Tower located directly across the street with dining options also within walking distance. Convenient parking one minute away in the outdoor parking for the mall next door. "

"Excellent ryokan to stay and enjoy private onsen bath. The ryokan is super clean, neat and tidy. Dinner and breakfast meals were excellent and delicious. Staffs are super friendly. Onsen bath facilities are excellent, clean and very quiet. We had a great overnight stay here and will be back for sure in our next trip to Beppu. Highly recommended."
