"The room was pretty old, but it was well maintained, so OK condition for the 1 night stay. Restaurant and food was great. But onsen was small, and the water was not hot enough. Considering the hotel size, and its location in Betpu area, onsen should be better than that, in my opinion. "

"The staff was excellent and the food/meals were amazing. The seki saba and aji sashimi as well as the bungo beef were delicious and a must try. We really enjoyed that you get to use one of the four onsen for yourself/your party for 1 hour, just make sure you go at the designated time slot and the onsen you chose. There is English intructions to help you use the amenities as well as an explanation of the inn and their areas. The only issue is we found mold growing in the AC which we did use...

"*위치: 걸어서 주변에 식당이 많고 밤늦게까지 열어서 좋았어요. 근처에 유메타운, 토기와 백화점도 있어서 위치 좋아요. *주차: 숙소앞 주차장이 있는데 첫날엔 만차라 사용하지 못해 뒷쪽 유료주차장 사용했고, 둘째날엔 숙소 주차장 썼어요. 가격은 둘다 840엔 입니다. *시설: 연식이 있지만 깨끗하고 숙소에 작은 욕조도 있고, 대욕장도 물이 좋았습니다. 딸애 등에 난 여드름 붉은 기가 사라지고 진정되더라구요. 일본식 숙소라 대나무 냄새? 같은게 났는데 시골 냄새같아서 저희 가족은 괜찮았어요. 유카타랑 수건도 넉넉히 주셔서 좋았습니다. * 식사: 조식 2일 먹었는데 아이들이 조식 밑반찬을 거의 안먹더라구요. 첫날 반찬이 좀 아쉽긴 했어요.둘째날에는 밑반찬은 거의 동일했는데 계란후라이랑 소시지랑 김이 있어서 좀 나았습니다. * 직원분들 너무 친절하시고 편하게 해주셔서 좋았어요. 그리고 숙소에서 청귤간장 350에 여러 병 샀는데 기념품샵가니 550이더라구요. 이 간장은 벳푸에서만 판다고 하니 사려면 여기서 사세요~ 주변 선물용으로 좋았습니다"
