"I requested something out of the box (a surprised “hello Kitty” theme upon check in to surprised my wife and daughter). They made a hello Kitty feature with some leafs and flower. They helped us with dinner recommendations, getting the shuttle to Bali Collection, booking the hydro pool and making reservations. Room service was great. The AC worked fantastic, beds were comfy. "
