The property is absolutely breathtaking and the staff goes above and beyond for their guests. Visiting Koral Restaurant, which is located on the premises, is a must! What an amazing experience. I’m still at awe after our trip and can’t recommend this place enough. We were staying at the suites and all the extras that come with it are definitely worth it.

The lobby is grand and magnificent, It is great that there is always a staff member available to help take photos of you with the huge wing sculpture. The photos always come out professional looking. Their breakfast buffet and Sunday brunch are both delicious and I am impressed by how friendly, professional, and responsive the team that works at Pala Restaurant. The room I stayed was clean and beautiful. They even upgraded us to the one with a lagoon so we could enjoy some private swimming away from the crowd. We had a splendid time there and would definitely consider Apurva Kempinski if we return to Bali

Third time staying at this hotel. Everything is just as good as always. Staffs and services are the highlight. Room is very spacious. The entire resort feels just great. All the available restaurants were also amazing. Highly recommended.

This property is one that you should plan to stay at for a few days in order to maximize your stay. I only stayed for 3 days and it wasn't enough. Several restaurants to try, The Spa & shops will keep you on the go! so much ground to cover. The only thing that did not sit well with me was a peacock that that was locked in a cage appearing to be held captive and cried at all hours. It truly made me feel so bad, the cries were like a baby calling for "Mom". That was the most unsettling out of my experience here.

The resort is very big and takes a while to walk from Ocean front suites to the hotel lobby / spa. The room is beautiful and has everything needed for a perfect stay! Must try the Koral restaurant for an unforgettable dining with the fishes.
