"We used the breakfast area to visit/play cards with other members of our group during the evening. We requested that the tv display the NFL (Sunday Night) game and was told that they are required to only display the Weather Channel. How crazy is that? Allow your staff to accommodate guest requests. We also asked for the volume of the background music to be turned down. Nope, corporate requirements say it needs to be set at a specific volume and type of music. Music selection definitely needs to be reviewed too. I would rather listen to “elevator music” than their chosen genre. Otherwise, we thought the room was very nice and far bigger than the industry standard. I appreciate that the bathroom is completely closed off by a doorway."

"We were there overnight for a ball game. At EKU. We were the visitors. Treated very nicely very nice people out front. Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. The complementary shampoo, etc. in the shower was not full, and the breakfast was minimum at best with powdered eggs. Not withstanding this it was a great stay and would stay there again."

"Property was clean, but it is dated. I think it could be updated. The front desk clerk couldn’t have been any more helpful and then on top of that she got the breakfast ready for everybody. She was pleasant and hard-working."
